I love live music and going to open mic nights to discover local small time talent, unique acts and future potential stars to come.
It works well with my fast paced sketching and people move, sway, dance, express themselves... even capturing facial expressions they have while singing... but their raw energy that captures a room also feeds into the energy of my sketches.
